      • Pet policy: Pecan Place Apartments allows one pet per apartment. Resident will pay a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $300 per approved pet. If Resident removes the original pet (for any reason) from the apartment, and brings in a new pet, another one-time non-refundable pet fee must be paid in full. Authorization for a pet may be terminated if the pet rules are violated in any way by the resident, resident’s family, or guest.
